Job Duties & Responsibilities
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include: • Sample Collection & Testing: • Conduct in-person sample collection at various client locations using our mobile testing units. • Follow strict protocols to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all samples collected. • Data Management & Analysis: • Record test results and ensure that all data is accurately entered into our secure systems. • Assist in preliminary analysis and communicate findings to supervisors and clients as needed. • Quality Assurance: • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the mobile unit and laboratory settings. • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest testing technologies and regulatory requirements. • Client Interaction & Support: • Provide clear instructions and support to clients throughout the testing process. • Address any questions or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring a positive client experience. • Regulatory Compliance: • Adhere to all local, state, and federal guidelines governing diagnostic testing and mobile health services. • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other privacy regulations at all times. • Team Collaboration: • Work closely with other healthcare professionals, lab technicians, and administrative staff to coordinate efficient service delivery. • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and share insights during team meetings.
